SHIPPING INFO

Shipping is via Royal Mail. On occasion for large orders we use Evri. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, which may increase during busy periods.

 

If you order an item as a pre order item it will be dispatched as soon as they become available but not before their release date. If your order contains a pre order item and an item that is in stock, that order will all ship together. 

 

Items ordered in will be dispatched as soon as they become available. Most items are dispatched within 7 days of ordering but this varies for each item. These items are not pre orders, but specific items ordered in especially for a customer. There is no set timeline on when these items will become available as it depends on our suppliers.

We are happy to post anywhere in the World but if your outside of the UK please message us first so we can work out the most cost effective way to ship your items to you.

This website is operated by The Movie Shack and is hosted by wix.com who provide our e-commerce platform. 

By visiting our site and or purchasing through us you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update, replace or add to these terms and conditions at anytime.

By using this site you confirm you are over the age of 18 years.

Our products are intended for use by consumers only and not for commercial use or resale. All stock is subject to availability. 

Please remember to check the contents of your basket before you checkout. Once you have completed checkout and payment has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

We do our best to ensure all information is correct and up to date but rarely errors do occur. This could be, but is not limited too an error in price, description or availability of items. If this does happen we will hold our hands up and inform you of the mistake as soon as we can. Please accept our sincere apologise if this does occur.

We aim to dispatch your order within a working day of being received, but our dispatch time is stated as (two working days). This unfortunately can be longer during our busier periods but we will keep you updated. Once dispatched the order should arrive within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately this is outside our control and during busier times can take longer. We will do our best to keep you updated. 

Payments are made via PayPal. You can pay online using any credit or debit card or your PayPal account. We are based in the UK so all our prices are in GBP and include VAT. Our prices do not include any postage costs. Please check the delivery page for postage costs.

We are unable to accept cheques as a form of payment.

You do not have permission to reproduce, modify, copy or distribute our content for commercial purposes.

All images reflect the products but we cannot guarantee exact colours or appearance of physical products. All sizes are approximate.

Once your order has been placed you are able to cancel or amend it up to the point of dispatched. Once your order has been received you are able to return it within 14 days. In accordance with our returns policy at this time the customer is responsible for return postage costs and only the cost of the item ordered will be refunded, not the postage costs.

Any information we receive from you is treated with the upmost respect and confidentiality. We only ask for information required to take and handle your order, process your payment, deliver your order and keep you updated of anything related to your order. If you choose to belong to our mailing list we will only require your name and email address.

All payments are processed via Paypal and Wix payments and kept confidentially. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. To allow us to process your order and deliver it we may need to share some details with our payment processor and delivery companies. 

We collect your data when you order and buy online, register for an account or sign up for marketing emails.  The information we collect can include but is not limited to the following:

  • Residential address

  • Delivery address

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Age / D.O.B

  • Payment information

  • Purchase/order history

We use your date to process your order, notify you of any changes, respond to any comments, enquiries or complaints, to maintain our records and to send you offers and keep you updated on new stock. We do not sell, rent, trade or disclose your data other than outlined in this policy.

We ensure your details are kept safe by never asking you for your password, never asking you to enter any account details in an email and limit who can access your information via our systems. 

Our loyalty programme in store and online are not compatible. Any points earned online can only be redeemed online, and any earned instore can only be redeemed instore. We reserve the right to withdraw our loyalty programme at any time. Any reductions cannot be applied after your order has been placed. Only one discount card or code can be used per order whether instore or online.  You cannot earn points or stamps when redeeming your discount.

Our board game cafe is located instore and open to everyone. We run sessions for various activities. We are an inclusive company and if you require any additional information, please message us. Children remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians. Children under the age of 12 require a parent/carer to remain with them throughout the session. Those aged 13 and over are able to stay without a parent/guardian. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if they are being disruptive, rude or disrespectful.

On receipt  of your order please check the contents. We check the orders and ensure the correct items are sent well packaged but occasionally mistake do happen. If you do receive the wrong item or damaged items please contact us.

 

Returns are accepted. At this time the customer is responsible for the return postage costs and only the cost of the item ordered will be refunded, not the postage costs.

If you receive damaged items please contact us and send photos of the damages. We do send items well packaged but sometimes things happen beyond our control during transit. Please accept our apologise if anything does go wrong. Items can be returned for full refund including return postage cost. The other option you have to is keep the damaged item for a partial refund. 

Damage to the funko pops exclude the boxes. Although we do everything within our power to ensure they arrive undamaged the box is class as packaging and therefore is excluded from the damaged items returns policy.

Products brought instore can be returned instore only. They need to be returned within 28 days in its original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase will be required. Any discounted items can only be returned if faulty. 

Any item to be returned needs to be back instore within 28 days of purchase. This timeline is unable to be extended under any circumstances.

  • Can I Pre Order Items?
    If an item is available for Pre Order this will be clearly noted on the items description, including the predicted release date. Release dates can change so please be aware of this. We are unable to ship items early, but aim to dispatch so pre order items are with you on release date. Once the items have left our warehouse we are reliant on the shipping courier, and unfortunately delays do sometimes occur. This is outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for this.

    Firstly if you feel you would like to make a complaint I am very sorry we did not meet expectations. Complaints can be made via the contact us button at the bottom of the page.
