Q What are your UK delivery options?

        Currently orders are sent either second class standard or second class recorded depending on the value of your order. This service means that your items should be with you within 2-3 working days. These times may increase at busier times of the year, for example Christmas.

Q What are your International delivery options?


        At the moment International delivery is available if you contact us. We will then contact several brands of delivery service in the UK to find the best value for you. There is no obligation to buy if you enquire about International postage. Please be aware that if customs charges are applied you will be responsible for this and not The Movie Shack.

Q Is all your stock official licensed merchandise?

      Yes everything we sell is from wholesales both in the UK and international. All the products we buy are from fully licensed distributors.

Q What payment methods do you accept?

       We currently have PayPal as our payment method on the website. We are working hard to find a provider who will allow us to accept credit and debit card payments. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card please contact us and we can arrange an invoice to be sent to you via PayPal. You will then be able to pay using any debit or credit card. 

Q What is your dispatch time?

        At most times our dispatch time is within 2 working days. This may increase during busy times of the year, for example Christmas.

Q What happens if I have a problem with my order?

         Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order. We will do our best to rectify the situation as per our terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.



Q  Do I need an account to order?

         No you don't need an account to make a purchase. If you do set up an account this allows you to check the status of  your order online and see past purchases.

Q Do you have a rewards system?

          Currently we don't have a rewards system. We do value our customers and it is something we have thought about, but at this moment in time we would prefer to work on keeping our prices low. It may be something that we do in the future.
